Group therapy at Calming Reins is practical, collaborative, and grounded in connection. Each group is intentionally small and structured around evidence-based modalities like DBT, ERP, and SPACE — all offered in a calm, supportive environment.
Groups take place in the therapy cottage at River Run Ranch in Carnation, with occasional outdoor or nature-based sessions as the weather allows.
